Childrens Class
Ages 5 - 11 Years Old

- This class is specifically designed to cater towards children and families.
Students will find themselves learning a lot in a fun, safe, and constructive environment.
They will pick up many important fundamentals of life, including
patience, respect, focus, self esteem, and much more. And at the same time,
they'll be spending all that extra energy kids tend to have!
Have a child that isn't quite sure about practicing martial arts on their own?
We highly encourage family members and/or friends to join the fun as well!

Teens Class
Ages 11 - 15

- This class is for older kids.
Classes are held in a more serious tone, where the more effort a student puts in,
the more they get out of each class.
Students in this class are also beginning to learn leadership skills and are encouraged
to set an example for their younger peers, through participating in the Demo Team,
and going to martial arts tournaments!
